MS Surface was at Penny Arcade Expo East 2010 (Boston) this weekend showing off the latest Dungeons and Dragons tabletop gaming experience. The kids from Carnegie Mellon developed the game, and the touch interface is truly amazing. This may not be mobile gaming, but I really hope experiences like this come to the Apple ipad soon!
That thing is huge!
Well it’s a table-top based application. Think of like you and your buddies at a bar and playing some kind of interactive game on this… Not so much about putting backpack straps on it while people game with it as you walk..
