What’s a good Ipad app for recording an interview?

Posted: May 26th, 2011 | Author: | Filed under: Questions | Tags: , , , , | 1 Comment »

I have a linguistics assignment where I have to analyze speech paterns. I need to interview a child and record his or her voice. I then need to be able to clip this interview into pieces to give examples when I do my presentation. Does anyone know of an ipad app that records and alows me to split the recording up, or can be sent to a program on a school computer like Final Cut Express for editing?

    1.HT Professional Recorder
makes it easy to record conversations. Works fine for college lectures, meetings, and … You can email recordings as attachments. Automatically skips silent moments which is useful as well

    2.iTalk Recorder
allows you to record sounds all around you and even transfer them to your computer over WiFi. It also gives you sound quality options just in case you are worried about the size of your files
