Is there an iPad app I can make a video of adding music to a slideshow of personal photos?

As my title states, I want to put a video of some music to a slideshow of photos for a family members anniversary party coming up.
If not, I can just use my Dell Laptop.

    Yes there is. ‘iMovie’ does all of those things :)
