Hi, thank you very much for your comment. Unfortunately I do not know of an app or similar programme that would show the brain with parts removed.
Perhaps if you contacted your son’s Doctors they might be able to render a video from his MRI scans or let you record the screen while they show you his neuroimaging at your next appointment, which you could then show to other people on your cellphone, laptop, ipod etc.

Do you know of an app that can allow me to remove parts of the brain? My son has had several hemispherectomy surgeries and I’d like to be able to show a view of his current brain to his teachers, therapists, etc.
