iPad app features for an app for little kids and autistic kids to learn?

And yes, I do agree with parenting *with the parents* but this app is for those parents who do not have as much time to spend (unfortunately) and to enrich little kids. Plus to teach autistic kids attention.

They could have a certain theme, like disney cars for boys or barbie for girls. It has to keep the kids interested so it has to contain images that they like looking at.
