iPad app to download and then write on PowerPoint slides?

I’m looking for an app where I can download the PowerPoint slides for class then be able to write notes on them, just like you would do if you were to physically print them out.

    I don’t have idea about iPad app to download PowerPoint Slides — But we can download from Indezine.com, it has more than 5000 PowerPoint Templates with various categories
