Anyone know what the App for the iPad is that Ricky Gervais used in the Guide to the World Cup podcast?

About 17 minutes into the ‘Ricky Gervais Show’ Podcast Ricky used an application for the iPad he got. The Application meant that he could type some text and a voice would repeat the text but not in a computerized/robot voice. Anyone know what this app is? thanks!
