What is a very good writing app for the iPad?

I’ve wrote a couple short stories and the such on paper and I’m wondering is there an app for my iPad that can sync, change file formats, change fonts, etc. that my computer can read. I’ve been using the Notepad app on my iPad which is very basic and I can sync it to my blackberry but I can’t read it from my computer. I don’t care about pricing, I’m just looking for a nice app that has those features.

Is there an app for the ipad that is almost like Photoshop?

Basically, my dad banned me from posting on tumblr.
I want to download the tumblr app onto my iPad, but I am connected to his apple account and therefore he will receive an email showing what apps I download.
